Have you ever noticed how dry and sterile corporate people tend to be? This is because they are socialized individuals. Because corporations have to force people with fundamentally different energies to work together, it creates a large numbers of boundaries to prevent the explosion that would inevitably happen if people mixed too much. This artificial environment is extremely detrimental to the individual's psyche.
