Having hit rock bottom, Daiymo had a mental breakdown where he got completely shattered and reformed, and out of that we got Dr. D, Preaching positivity and compassion.

Later on they give case examples of people who would truly benefit from such a program, such as Kenny Jones (the Margret stalker) and EarJuice.
Lastly Dr. D apologizes for wronging Mr. Deadman, Rudy Coleman, and the audience.
