Amazing Poached Eggs in Olive Oil

Easiest way to make amazing poached Eggs in Olive Oil, so delicious. This is how we serve them, toast a English Muffin, spread with Cream Cheese, a layer of Bacon, top with the poached Egg and sprinkle with Green Onions.

Poached Eggs with Olive Oil
Ingredients:
4 fresh Eggs
4 tbsp Olive Oil

Warm Olive Oil in small Skillet on med/high Heat.
Crack one Egg at a time into the hot Oil.
Quickly spoon hot Oil over Yolk until pale, remove Egg and keep on warm plate covered until ready to serve.
