EPISODE 42: Balancing voltage externally during a charge cycle

During the last recharge I rethought the process of balancing the voltage on each battery bank string. Just another process to develop for the off grid population. We spend all of our time developing for lithium batteries we have ignored the needs of the lead acid batteries. Its time we fixed that.
