We are the change we wish to see in the world. We achieve the changes through our choices by "creating space"—shifting our energy field and shaping our surroundings. With respect to other people and their healing paths, we extend the offering of "space holding" by giving the vibration of a healed state. When we hold space for other people in a purposeful way, others may follow our example, choosing to match the vibrational state that brings healing and well-being. In these ways, we generate love ripples, reaching far and wide.
