ingredients:-
.500 gm chana
3 onion
2 tomatoes
whole spices
2 tsp salt
4 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ghee
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
.50 gm tamarind
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp carom seeds
1 pinch asafoetida

Ingredients for Bhature:-
.700 gm all purpose flour
.70 gm rava
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp curd
