Man oh man! I have been asking myself "what are these youngsters doing to build ridiculous delts like I have been seeing. Even after 36 years of training and competitions you're always learning something! So I've collected a few videos that provided some insight as to how these young cats are able to build delts like bowling balls! There are some innovative techniques used that I think I may incorporate into my old man regime. Lol. I am definitely sharing these with my 13 year old son who has taken up an interest in the old man's game. So Brother dig the delts on deez dudes!
