Vietnam vet Joe Abodeely, 80, was forced to step away from the museum he curated for over 40 years after making the offensive remarks
The Arizona Military Museum was then shut and the nonprofit overseeing it no longer has state support
Arizona National Guard Brigadier General John Conley sent Abodeely a letter expressing concern about statements the senior made during a tour
