Deadlift 120KG 4 sets x 6 reps
Snatch 30KG
Push press 50KG
Standing squats 40KG
Push ups and abs 50 each

Day 87 felt terrible, still watched Aquaman in cineworld with fam.

Day 88 fight
200 squats
250 push ups
250 abs
