How The World Would Look If Young Adults Were Encouraged To Work And Train Hard

Here I give an interesting thought experiment whereby I compare two countries. Country A and country B. Country A knows that humans up to the age of 25 have hyper plastic brains and therefore encourages them to learn strenuously and to train hard, not allowing them to drink or smoke since it would halter their progress. Country B lets their youth drink and smoke and doesn't encourage them to look after themselves while they are young and it is not widespread knowledge that the brain is hyper plastic until the age of 25. If you like the sound of this experiment, please watch the video as I dig deeper to this thought experiment. Thank you for watching.
