The Cubans paid "Oswald" $6,500 on September 18, 1963. Then "Oswald" took a bus to Mexico City a week later, and asked for money from the Russians and Cubans, who showed no interest in giving him any money. The bus trip was a ploy to make it seem as though the Cubans were not involved with Oswald, when actually the were, and they had paid him $6,500. And here's the "proof."
