Israel’s military is acknowledging civilians were hit in a Christmas Eve strike on a central Gaza refugee camp, which the Hamas-run Gaza health ministry said killed at least 70 people. The IDF says it “regrets the harm to uninvolved civilians.” NBC News’ Josh Lederman has the latest.
