Speaker of the house plays facetime call between an apparent doctor who styles himself "the queer surgeon". Has pink hair and is perfoming sex change operations such as vaginaplasty and other horrendous sounding procedures on children 7 or 8 years old. Admits on camera they have no idea what is going to become of them as they are just experimenting... Must see to believe. It is outrageous.
