EPISODE 4 | HE BOUGHT A MANSION FOR A BOX OF DONUTS?! Our abandoned mansion in North Idaho

He literally bought a mansion for a box of donuts and some cash....

A little bit ago, he bought an ABANDONED mansion in a little mining town - FOR $750 AND A BOX OF DONUTS?! It needs some serious TLC though.... The mansion is in complete disrepair, it needs to be completely torn down and rebuilt. The PLAN is to hopefully build a really cool AIR BNB on the property once it is cleared. It's going to take a long time before we can do that though!
