Ingredients:
1 cup sushi rice, cooked and seasoned
4 nori sheets
150g smoked salmon, thinly sliced
1 cucumber, julienned
4 oz cream cheese, softened
Soy sauce and wasabi for serving
Sesame seeds and chopped chives for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Lay out all the ingredients for easy assembly.
Place Nori Sheets:
Lay a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi rolling mat. Wet your hands to prevent sticking, and evenly spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
Add Cream Cheese:
