This Sabbath, I would like to share elements closely related to the greatest promise made to the most faulty church "To him that overcomes will I grant to sit with Me in My throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with My Father in His throne. He that has an ear, let him hear..." (Rev 3:21,22). "even as I" are 3 words, loaded with meaning. How can we do this, if He was so vastly different, that we can be? We will look at a topic, enemies of the Faith, have worked a long time to corrupt or obscure. No wonder, as us, taking what "The True Witness" offers, is the very place Lucifer launched his rebellion to take. We hope you can join us for Great Controversy Pt. 4 (Christ’s Victory in our Humanity). Also, the attached book by Thomas Davis, is positive and deep dive into the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy, on this topic He concentrated in 191 pages, what other scholarly authors take 500-700 pages to do; Yet I believe, brother Davis did it better.Too good, not to share it with you.

Theme Texts: Romans 8:2-4 "For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending His Own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: 4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit."

{Desire of Ages 117} "Satan had pointed to Adam’s sin as proof that God’s law was unjust, and could not be obeyed. In our humanity, Christ was to redeem Adam’s failure. But when Adam was assailed by the tempter, none of the effects of sin were upon him. … It was not thus with Jesus when He entered the wilderness to cope with Satan. For four thousand years the race had been decreasing in physical strength, in mental power, and in moral worth; and Christ took upon Him the infirmities of degenerate humanity. Only thus could He rescue man from the lowest depths of his degradation.”
