Ukrainians Rescue a Russian Soldier While Under Heavy Fire(Insane)

Even though the Joker is constantly scheming to kill Batman, when he's hanging from the ledge, and about to die, for some reason, the hero always reaches out to save him in the end.

At 1:25, they attempt to carry the wounded Russian soldier back to the trench but are fired apon, and are forced to run back, but will return to drag the Russian to safety. All while under constant small arms fire, shelling and drone strikes.

Why did they do it? Who knows. I think it's maybe as simple as one human being asking another for help. We all could learn something here.
