The owners moved leaving the dog to the mercy of fate

Patsy's family moved out and left her chained up at home. Members of the animal rescue organization HopeforPaws from Los Angeles were in Costa Rica when they received a call and were told about the situation with Patsy. When they arrived, Patsy was tied up outside her house with a metal chain, waiting for someone to notice her again.
