Quake 3 Freeze-tag, which is one of, if not the fastest paced FPS game mods on the internet! This is a video using different recorded clips of various players from different game Clan/matches; which includes the clan I'd started "U92"... Shows the speed required to be competitive; shooting from the hip (so to speak) no time for aiming!

Game Objective = Red vs Blue "Instagib all Rail-gun; single shot freezes Opponent for 3 mins, unless Teammate stands close for 3 seconds to thaw them (with-out getting shot/froze next to them.) Must freeze entire opposing Team to earn team point! The "Lightening like streak" that you'll notice, is a grapple-hook, that you can use to sling-shot yourself across a room, thru a doorway, or up a wall ledge & such! Note; every time you shoot/freeze an opponent, you hear a "cow-bell."
