Tuna Steak with Pistachio Cream
𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚 𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 📑 for 1 serving 200g cherry tomatoes 200g tuna steaks 30g pistachios (roasted) 30g spinach 30g cream cheese 1 small clove of garlic 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons water 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of pepper
𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 🔪 Wash tomatoes and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees convection for about 15 minutes. Pat the tuna steaks dry with kitchen paper and then fry them with oil in a hot pan on both sides (medium-high heat). Meanwhile, place pistachios, spinach, cream cheese, garlic, and pepper in a blender. Blend until you get a lump-free cream, add 2 tablespoons of water if the cream is not liquid enough. Pour the cream on a plate. Place the tuna steaks on top. Remove the cherry tomatoes from the oven and place them on the plate as well. Decorate with chopped pistachios and serve!
