Tuna Steak with Pistachio Cream

⁠ ⁠ 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚 𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 📑⁠ for 1 serving⁠ 200g cherry tomatoes⁠ 200g tuna steaks⁠ 30g pistachios (roasted)⁠ 30g spinach⁠ 30g cream cheese⁠ 1 small clove of garlic⁠ 1 tablespoon olive oil⁠ 2 tablespoons water⁠ 1 pinch of salt⁠ 1 pinch of pepper⁠ ⁠
𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 🔪⁠ Wash tomatoes and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees convection for about 15 minutes.⁠ Pat the tuna steaks dry with kitchen paper and then fry them with oil in a hot pan on both sides (medium-high heat).⁠ Meanwhile, place pistachios, spinach, cream cheese, garlic, and pepper in a blender. Blend until you get a lump-free cream, add 2 tablespoons of water if the cream is not liquid enough.⁠ Pour the cream on a plate. Place the tuna steaks on top. Remove the cherry tomatoes from the oven and place them on the plate as well. Decorate with chopped pistachios and serve!
