Gen Flynn Responds to Netanyahu’s Leaked Plan to Ship Gaza War Refugees to Western Nations.

Former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency General Michael Flynn gives his analysis of this extremely dangerous development and also calls out Netanyahu and the Israeli military leadership for clearly standing down during the Hamas attacks of October 7th.

What do you exactly mean by 'the army stood down for 7 hours'? Did they 'stand down' or were they late to mobilise? Be precise with your words because implications have consequences.

To say that it took hours for the IDF to respond is factually incorrect. There were a few factors that contributed to the complications in response time:

1. Time - the first attacks occurred at around 6:15 am when rockets were fired and borders were breached with explosives and bulldozers. Many of the young soldiers who died on the bases bordering Gaza directly were ill prepared, were not near their usual equipment, some were in their beds & others grabbed a gun - but were otherwise barefoot and naked aside from their underwear. That border has been dead for so long without ever having being really breached or tested in a meaningful way - that those responding were clearly on the back foot.

2. Method of attack: not only were rockets being launched continuously throughout the attack, but Hamas broke through at many areas of the border simultaneously. This stopped available troops from mobilising & honing in on an area of attack. Having 2,700+ Hamas members able to attack each border post - without having to worry about immediate enforcement or backup - was key in being able to take out many on the base.

3. Many comms and surveillance were taken out with new drone technology that Hamas used on Oct 7. The tech had never been seen before so it evades the anti-drone defences in place. With the comms down, it inhibited cohesion and order between the units who were initially there.

Also, the day itself contributed to having less of a presence there. It was both the day of Sabbath (Shabbat) and the major holiday (Simchat Torah) so many combat units were away from the base.

The IDF responded by sending the army in from central Israel and other areas, but even those troops took between 1.5-3 hours to arrive. The first reinforcements of troops were helicoptered in. I personally know a Black Hawk pilot, who heard news of the attack within the first 30 minutes, drove straight to his squadron and was in the air delivering troops, equipment and aid to the Gaza border areas within the first few hours.

Israel admitted huge mistakes were made and I was sure Netanyahu said in a press conference in first week that people will be held to account, but first they must finish the war.

The other major factor that speaks to the complacency Israel had developed - is that 20,000 Gazans had work visa permits to pass through the border each day and work in the kibbutz. It was these Palestinians and their loyalty to Hamas who had done reconnaissance for a year to plan the Oct 7 attack.

As for where the displaced refugees will go - what has the UN organised?? That's the UN's main job - it's why we all have representatives in the UN council. Isn't the closest country to the warzone meant to take in the refugees? I thought that was the agreement?

The Arab States can take them! Obviously with such a weak-as-piss incompetent muppet in the White House, there's no strong leadership negotiating these logistics!
Netanyahu is fighting a war - I can't see him having the time or inclination to want to organise the well being of the people who want the Jews dead!

It's ironic though - first he gets accused of genociding the innocent civilians of Gaza and now that he's apparently done the UN's job - and drafted a plan to relocate the Palestinians to safety - he's also to blame.

You can already hear the clueless Gen Y groypers with their illogical & baseless theories telling everyone "This was the plan of the evil Jews all along, they massacred themselves just to send the Palestinians to the west * take the land"
