We do NOT restrict calories, calorie restriction is not sustainable and is not healthy
Exercise is optional, you do not need to exercise 7 days a week and overtrain yourself into misery. Losing weight is about diet not exercise.
Education. We don't just give you a meal plan and exercise plan and say do this and don't ask questions. We educate you on what food to eat, how it interacts with your body, what results you get so that you finish the challenge equipped and ready to continue your journey without needing anyone else.
It is SUSTAINABLE, what we teach you is making lifestyle changes and building new habits that work long term. You can keep this up as long as you want and continue to improve your health and weight for the entire year and beyond.
