You Have To Be Tactical To be in the Chicago Police Tactical Division

These guys remind me of a group of 19 year old 42A out on the battlefield for the first time. Professionalism and coordination matters. Comms management matters. Moving, shooting and communication are key. If you guys can't handle a TIC then why do this job?
