USAF EMP Weather Weapon

Hurricane Nicholas is east of Texas when the US Govt did high direct energy weapons operations generating an EMP that significantly and suddenly disrupted Nicholas circulation. We can see from the loop caught in person in real time a sudden and rapid movement eastward of the NW side of Nicholas. The US Govt has direct energy weapons, these weapons generate Electron Avalanches and force ice crystals away from the initial target locations. They can rapid accelerate according to radar in excess of 300 mph even directly against the prevailing wind patterns.
