Center for Immigration Studies fellow Todd Bensman tells Natalie Winters that an all-time record of illegals enter the United States, as many as 15,000 a day. "The caravan is coming because we are letting everybody in," Bensman said. "Everybody who reaches the border is allowed to enter and stay. That is the central ingredient to inspire and provoke the entire world to come and to take part in it while the getting's good."
