Ingredients:
80 g(less then 1 cup) rolled oats
fry for few minutes at medium heat
60 g(2.11 oz) nuts
roast walnuts for few minutes at medium heat
130 g(4.5 oz) pitted dates
80 g(2.8 oz) sugar free dark chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil(optional)
melt the chocolate
refrigerate for 15 minutes
