Here is what happens when you join a dog, a droid and a porg. Watch as Uva the Labrador gets to grips with some Star Wars characters.

Director Abrams may have warned Ridley that BB-8 was not just an adorable ball of fun, but a droid with a mission, however this puppy truly believes that this droid’s mission is to be her best friend forever. Uva meets BB-8, her newest friend coming from a galaxy far far away!

Meet Uva, the chocolate Labrador puppy that befriended a BB-8 toy droid from “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”. Her initial reaction is priceless!

Dogs are known to play with everything from a pair of slippers to a stray branch. However, this adorable brown Labrador puppy has extended her boundaries. Watch her chase a tiny Star Wars toy! Hilarious!

This hilarious video was taken in Lisbon by Uva's owner, Filipe Castro Matos, showing the moment when this cute canine is firmly bounding with her new BB-8 toy, before accidentally breaking its head during play time. She jumps around the droid with pure excitement and is happy to have befriended a droid!

First, Uva is hesitant and sniffs the curiously spinning cylindrical toy in front of her. Moments later, when this remote-controlled gadget suddenly whizzes at Uva's paws, she jumps back a few steps in surprise and barks at the machine!

Soon, she gets more excited about her new toy buddy and starts barking and mock-attacking the new toy. Unfortunately, playtime comes to a brutal end when Uva nudges the toy too roughly and accidentally breaks its head off. If only Uva knew how to reattach his best friend’s head.
