3 egg yolks
40 grams milk
40 grams cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
60 grams cake flour
10 grams cocoa powder

Meringues:
3 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
60 grams sugar

Cream Ingredients:
100 grams whipped cream
1/2 tablespoon sugar
50 grams cream cheese (optional)

Baking size 25x23 cm
- Egg weight including shell, total 190 gram (using big egg), small egg is ok.
- Preheat the oven for 10-15 minutes before the dough comes in
- Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes
