40 grams sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 grams honey
85 grams cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder (3 grams)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda (1 gram)
15 grams milk

Custard Cream:
200 ml milk
15 grams butter
2 egg yolks
35 grams sugar
15 grams cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
