Thumb (W): Worry - Additional benefits include addressing depression, hate, obsession, anxiety, self-protection, fatigue, and digestive discomforts.
Index Finger (F): Fear - Targets timidity, mental confusion, depression, perfectionism, criticism, frustration, and various physical discomforts.
Middle Finger (A): Anger - Addresses feelings of cowardice, irritability, indecision, instability, fatigue, eye issues, and forehead discomforts.
Ring Finger (S): Sadness/Grief - Beneficial for negative feelings, common sense, excess mucus, breathing, and ear discomforts.
Little Finger (T): Trying To/Pretense - Associated with feelings of insecurity, nervousness, confusion, and aids in calming nerves and bloating.
