Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
2 lemons (1 for juice, 1 for slicing)
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Marinade:
In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, fresh parsley, fresh dill, the juice of one lemon, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a flavorful marinade.
Marinate the Salmon:
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and coat them with the prepared marinade. Ensure each fillet is generously covered. Allow the salmon to marinate for at least 20-30 minutes to absorb the delicious flavors.
Preheat the Grill:
