Woman Busted For Beating Man With Christmas Tree

Police allege that a 20-year-old woman, Miracle Rivera, “repeatedly” assaulted her 24-year-old boyfriend with a Christmas tree during a predawn altercation in their Florida residence on December 24.

According to a court filing, Rivera and the victim engaged in a “verbal altercation” in the bedroom of their St. Petersburg home early Sunday morning.

Around 3:40 AM on Christmas Eve, the victim moved to the living room to separate himself from Rivera.

Allegedly, Rivera followed the man into the living room and, finding him on the couch, “picked up a Christmas tree and began to strike the victim with it repeatedly.”

The specific size of the tree is not specified in the criminal complaint, the Smoking Gun reported.
