US holiday sales miss expectations -Mastercard report

U.S. retail sales grew between November 1 and December 24, according to a report by Mastercard on Tuesday, but the increase was lower than last year and beneath analysts' expectations. Inflation and higher interest rates are believed to have curbed consumer spending. Matthew Larotonda reports.
