Shakshuka perfect breakfast for Christmas Holidays
Ingredients
Eggs 4
Butter 2 tb
Capsicum 1 small
Garlic 6 cloves
Tomatoes 8 big
Onions 1 medium
Green chillies 4,5
Salt as per your taste
Cumin seeds 1 ts
Chilli flakes 1/3 ts
Oregano 1/3 ts
Black pepper 1 ts
Garish with fresh basil and cilantro
Serve it with hot bread or paratha (flatbread)
