Delicious Ribeye Sandwich On Rye Bread
Such A Treat On Christmas Eve.
Here’s one EASY way to cook a steak.
-Frying pan. No oil. 1/2 “ Ribeye. Minced garlic, frozen green pepper and onion. Worcestershire Sauce. Salt and pepper. Rye Bread.
-Cooking time varies for meat thickness and appliances. This steak was 1/2” thick. Removed from pan and plated at 147 degrees. It continued to cook a bit while resting. Temp info at end of video.
Steak doesn’t really need salt if using Worcestershire Sauce. Use even less sauce if you like ketchup. Or reduce ketchup to a few drops. You could mix ketchup into the sauce or omit Worcestershire. If you don’t have Worcestershire, use few drops of soy sauce. If you like butter flavor, add it to pan towards end of cooking so it doesn’t burn. Same goes for ketchup, too early in the pan, it could burn.
