dough ingredients:
100 ml warm milk
25 grams sugar
3 grams instant yeast
25 grams eggs
200 grams bread flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
20 grams butter

Toppings :
40 grams wheat flour
40 grams water
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon black sesame
Filling :
Nutella (can be substituted according to taste)

Bake at 150°C for 8 minutes, after that I bake it 12 minutes at 190°C
