Squatters took over the hope began... renovating

And over night you have a film studio running in your newly renovated home!!

Cities like seattle have laws that favor the criminals who do this kind of thing and it makes it very stressful to be a landlord.

Call the police
Offer cash for keys
And if neither work get a lawyer on it immediately. They can do a lot of damage in a short period of time if you don't get on top of this!

Squatters are awful and we have dealt with a few of them here in Seattle as well. If you invest in cities like this be prepared and know the law.
