2 cups warm water mix in 2 tablespoons active dry yeast 1 tablespoon salt 2 tablespoons olive oil.

Add 4 cups white flour mix well and let sit in a covered bowl for 2 hours. puch down and shape.et sit for 45 minutes. Use parchment paper to avoid sticking to the pan.

Bake at 400 degrees ferinheight for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a rack.
