It’s self-compassion Sunday! One of the ways we can love ourselves is to ensure our home is a comfortable and safe place where we can be our true selves. This can be challenging when we share our home with others, particularly if you have opposing needs. Stand up for yourself, but be open to compromise as well. Peace and harmony at home are what matters most. Show yourself some love and compassion today.
