THE JOY OF THE STAR THAT POINTS TO JESUS

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA DEAR FRIENDS!!!

I had the privilege of doing a really wonderful Bible study through the Time Warp Wife, that focuses on the advent. It's entitled “Quieting Your Heart: An Invitation to Dwell in His Presence This Christmas”, and I wanted to share some things I've learned from this, in particular what I learned about the joy that the wise man had as they were not only searching for Jesus, but most of all as they found Him. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with these precious questions from this morning's devotional, and I pray that they will challenge you to want to be guided by the bright and morning star Himself, and that you will want to live a life that honors Him.

What can you do this week to share His love with others?

I pray that you will not only remember the REAL reason for this season, but to open your heart and life to the One who can give you the greatest gift of all, and that is Salvation in Jesus Christ!! Come and experience that same joy, that same peace, and more so, by making that decision to accept Christ as your Savior today. You see we are all lost in sin, and God stated that a price needed to be paid for our sins, because otherwise we would all wind up lost in Hell forever. So, God the Son, Jesus Himself stepped in and said, “I’ll do it!” How, you ask?? He did this, by coming to Earth in the form of a human infant, (THE WORD MADE FLESH!!), lived among us as a SINLESS human being, and He WILLINGLY gave His life, by dying on a rugged NASTY cross for the sins of the world. This includes both YOU and ME!! HE died, was buried, and rose again 3 days later, proving that He has power over sin, and death, as well as Satan, but most of all is the Son of God! He is now at the right hand of God the Father and is also at the door of your heart asking to be let in!! I urge you to call on His name today, ask Him to forgive you of whatever sins you’ve committed, and He WILL forgive it!! He doesn’t care what you’ve done, where you’re from, or anything about you, just that you let Him in your heart. Come and let Jesus set you free and accept Christ as your Savior today.
