Cannabis Legalization - OPPOSING SOCIAL EQUITY IS NOT RACIST

So people always want to run right to "are you a racist" when I oppose the absurdity of equity in cannabis legalization. Problem is the equity isn't being applied EQUALLY, so you either pay to play or operate under unfair"social equity" legislation. We need more black business owners, give the black culture the entire cannabis industry, but only if they have a cool million to start out.
Seems a bit less than equity.... No?
