In this episode, I discuss Coriander and Cilantro (which are the same plant). This herb has been grown for food and medicine for over 10,000 years! I also discuss the importance of food, how cooking a good meal, enjoying it and sharing it makes us human and instills gratitude to the Creator. The elevation of food and the sharing of the meal is the central, unifying event and act of love on which family hinges and religious worship is performed. The degradation of food and the shared meal is destroying our society, our health and our very humanity.
