Mexico-US illegal crossings: Surge in crossings overwhelm border patrol

A record-breaking surge of illegal crossings along the US-Mexico border is overwhelming the Border Patrol.

More than 10,000 migrants have crossed daily in recent days - largely into the southwestern states of Texas and Arizona.
