Storms in northern Europe have killed at least two people and injured one.

The storm brought heavy rain and strong winds across northern Europe overnight and Friday, downing trees and triggering flood warnings along the North Sea coast.
A woman in Belgium was fatally injured by a fallen Christmas tree and another tree killed a woman in the Netherlands.
Travel was also cut short just before Christmas. Flights and ferry services have been canceled in Norway, and winds have already caused damage in several places.
Storm Pia hit Denmark on Friday and winds remained strong in many parts of the country. Overnight, many coastal areas experienced falling trees and flooding.
