The Republic of Tatarstan, Naberezhnye Chelny is a modern, beautiful city
This metropolis is the second after Kazan, called Yar Chally in Tatar. In the past, it was a small town near Kama, until the grandiose construction of KAMAZ production began here in the late 60s of the last century. The architects were given a difficult task - to create from scratch a comfortable city with good infrastructure and large-scale production. And they coped with it!
