What I eat in a day as a 17.5 year low fat raw vegan!💥

Such a sweet day, normally I have 1-2 big fruit meals and then a large greens / veggie based dinner meal but in this case I knew that I was going to go skateboarding from 8-10pm so I changed it up for optimal performance and recovery🙌🏼

I always start my mornings with water to be sure to hydrate before eating fruit for optimal digestion absorption🙌🏼

Breakfast was a nice sweet golden honeydew, a bit smaller of a meal than I normally would eat but I planned 4 meals instead of my average 2-3❤️

Mid afternoon I had fairly large freshly squeezed orange pomegranate juice that was incredibly tasty and will be on the menu again!🤤

I kept it fruity and a little light for dinner 2 hours before my skating so that I had a relatively empty stomach to be able to skate harder more comfortably🥳

When I got back home I had some water to hydrate after all the sweating and even tho it was late I had a small sweet fruit meal, banana persimmon pudding, for a quicker recovery💥

On average I eat more greens and veggies and I include seeds n some nuts in my meals too but I also love simple fruit days or even weeks in it’s season and/or with reason such as this🙌🏼
