Smoked Sausage Beef Chili Fusion
This is the extended version of making chili. 24 hours of soaking the bean, 24 hours of cooking the bean with tomato sauce, and finally cooking the beans with the sausage and ground beef for another 24 hours..

You can make this in fewer hours using a Slow Cooker or Instant Pot Chili.

Ingredients for 10 - 12 servings

4 cups of kidney beans
4 cups of pinto beans
1 teaspoon of vinegar to used when soaking the beans overnight
1 lb cooked ground beef
12 smoked sausage cut into cubes
2 bottles of tomato or marinara sauce
1 can of tomato paste
2 - 3 cans of diced tomatoes
1-2 cans of dark beer or Guinness
1 large onion minced
1 bulb of garlic minced
1 large red pepper minced
1 large green pepper minced
A small bunch of fresh basil mince (with the other ingredients)
A small bunch of fresh oregano (with the other ingredients)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3 -4 teaspoons of salt (measure salt to taste)
1 tablespoon of brown sugar or molasses
A small piece of dark chocolate
2 tablespoons of dried thyme
1-2 tablespoons of grounded black pepper
2 tablespoons of chili flakes
1 teaspoon of cumin
¼ teaspoon of allspice
1 - 2 dried bay leaves
