dough ingredients:
100 grams milk
35 grams sugar
4 grams instant yeast
1 egg (total weight including shell 55 grams)
250 grams bread flour
15 grams powdered milk
40 grams butter

Custard Cream:
250 ml milk
15 grams butter
40 grams sugar
2 egg yolks
15 grams cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla

Bake at 180-190°C for 20 minutes
mold size 8x8x3 cm
