Charles Taze Russell and Jehovah's Witnesses. Basic Divergences. Part 1 of 2.

The goal of this presentation is to show that even though Pastor Russell did found the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society, in no way can he be identified with the present Society in its teachings and practices, so foreign to what he stood for. The presentation is in two parts, each of them focusing on four areas of variance between his teachings and ways and those of the present Society. Part 1 examines the Society as such, the development of the Truth over the years, the role of believers and the disfellowshipment methods. Part II considers the organization of the individual congregations, character development, the range of Jesus’ ransom and the place of fleshly Israel in God’s plan of salvation of making, eight subject blocks in all.

Celem tej prezentacji jest pokazanie, że chociaż Pastor Russell założył Towarzystwo Biblijne i Traktatowe — Strażnica, w żaden sposób nie można go utożsamiać z obecnym Towarzystwem w jego naukach i praktykach, tak obcych wobec tego, za czym się opowiadał. Prezentacja składa się z dwóch części, z których każda koncentruje się na czterech obszarach rozbieżności między jego naukami i drogami a naukami obecnego Towarzystwa. Część 1 bada Towarzystwo jako takie, rozwój Prawdy na przestrzeni lat, rolę wierzących i metody wykluczania. Część II dotyczy organizacji poszczególnych zborów, rozwoju charakteru, zakresu okupu złożonego przez Jezusa i miejsca cielesnego Izraela w Bożym planie zbawienia, obejmującym w sumie osiem bloków tematycznych.
