Time Magazine has revealed that we are winning the fight to protect children, because the malpractice lawsuits that Chloe Cole and others are raising are de-incentivizing insurance companies from providing malpractice insurance for the treatments. The free market is reigning supreme even in states that protect sex changes for minors.
